Are you pregnant and living in the Lancaster area? 🤰 We have a special event to help you be proactive about postpartum and find your mama village! Join us on Saturday, July 19th, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM! (Raindate: July 26)

Here's what to expect (at this event):

• Valuable information and actionable steps to help you prepare for postpartum from Danielle, owner of NEST. She’s a former NICU nurse, mama of two, and a postpartum consultant. 📚

• A goodie bag with recipes for energy-boosting snacks (like energy balls and muffins!) and written materials covering the topics Danielle shares so you can focus on listening, not note-taking. ✍️

• You’ll be matched with other expecting moms based on where you live and your due date for thoughtful activities and small group discussions. We’re here to help you “Find Your Flock!”🪿

• Exclusive access to the New Mama Goose online platform to easily connect with and message fellow attendees after the event. No need to stress over asking for someone’s number or just hoping you run into them again! ✨
