New Direction, Same Mission

With New Mama Goose, my goal has always been to help moms "find your flock" to make the parenting journey a little smoother with community, resources, and connection. I started this journey by hosting pop-up events because I know there's something special about gathering in a room.
But as you may have seen on Instagram, I’ve taken a step back from New Mama Goose over the last few months as I prepare for the birth of my second child. That break gave me some much-needed perspective. I realized that while events are great, hosting isn't sustainable for me at the moment, and I don't expect that to become any easier with two kids! I also believe there are a lot of ways to support moms and make them feel seen in the early, messy years of motherhood.
Because of that, New Mama Goose is beginning to shift. As I prepare for a new addition to my own family, I’m leaning toward a space that supports moms differently.
What does this shift look like?
It’s still unfolding, but it means prioritizing tools and conversations that lighten your daily load. One tangible example of this new direction is the Little Rhythms Scheduler I've started building.
I'm building it, honestly, for myself and the newborn trenches I'm about to be in. I wanted to build something that took away the guesswork from wake windows and feeding intervals that I found very helpful to follow the first time around. For those with a similar approach (and no judgement if that's not your style!), I hope Little Rhythms gives you an easy resource so you can plan your day and adjust along the way.
Beyond tools, this shift is also about making more space for the hard moments. My goal is to keep leaning into the honest conversations that don’t always make it onto the highlight reel—the identity shifts, the friendship hurdles, and the reality of the mental load.
The format of New Mama Goose is evolving, but the heart is the same: community, connection, resources, and support for the early years of motherhood. I’m looking forward to sharing this new era with you. Feel free to reach out to let me know what you think and what you would find helpful!
