Breathe & Connect: A Gathering for Moms and Babies

Join Flourish As One and New Mama Goose, and take a gentle pause in the company of other new moms on Friday, August 15th from 10:30am-11:30am. Special thanks to Stronger Together Therapy and Doula Support in Lancaster for being our event sponsor and providing a peaceful and private space for us to gather.

Here's what you can expect:

• Warm Welcome & Community: Victoria from New Mama Goose will kick things off with a friendly intro to help everyone feel comfortable. 👋

• Restore with Breathwork: In this 20–30 minute session, Katie Spangler of Flourish As One will guide you through simple, grounding practices to reconnect with your body, support your nervous system, and invite softness into your day. This session is designed specifically for the postpartum season—no experience needed, and everything is invitational. Whether you’re holding your baby, feeding, or simply resting, you’re welcome exactly as you are. 🌿

• Curated Connections: Last but not least, moms will connect with each other through thoughtful “speed dating” style small group conversations. We'll thoughtfully pair you based on the information you share when registering, so you're guaranteed to meet moms who get it. 👯‍♀️

Our goal is that you walk away feeling refreshed, connected, and with new friends you can truly reach out to! With access to the New Mama Goose members-only platform included in your $15 ticket, you'll also be able to connect with other moms easily post-event.
