Official Giveaway Rules

 

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.

 

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The gift is intended for personal use and may not be re-awarded or resold. Employees, representatives, and agents of New Mama Goose, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on August 9, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on August 19, 2025. All entries must be received within this period.

 

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

• Like one of the clearly stated giveaway posts on the New Mama Goose Instagram account (@newmamagoose) and tag at least one (1) additional Instagram account in the comments of the giveaway post. The tagged account must not be run by the participant. This action constitutes one (1) entry.

• For additional entries, participants may tag up to four (4) additional Instagram accounts in separate comments. Each additional tagged account will grant one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of five (5) entries per person in total.

• Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without using Instagram, you may submit your name, address, email, and phone number on the official giveaway entry form found above on the New Mama Goose website. Mail-in entries will not be accepted. 

 

4. Prize: The prize is one (1) box from Every Learner Counts, which includes hands-on learning activities, tools and materials (Tier-dependent), tips for adapting to a child’s age and stage, and monthly enrichment ideas. The estimated value of the prize is between $32 and $42. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

 

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place before August 23, 2025.

 

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim: The winner will be announced via the New Mama Goose Instagram account (@newmamagoose) before August 23, 2025. The winner will also be notified via the contact information provided in their entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within this time, an alternate winner may be selected by a new random drawing.

 

7. Shipping: The prize will be shipped to the winner's verified address within the United States. If the winner is located outside of South Central PA (Lancaster, York, or Dauphin counties), they will be responsible for a shipping fee of up to $10. This fee can be paid via a secure link on the New Mama Goose website.

 

8. General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants release Instagram from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
